Strategic Priorities
The EVP division serves the University as its fiscal, operational and strategic leader, and is reflected in the following categories: Financial Stewardship and Management Campus Development and Operations (including the Climate Action Plan), Economic Development and Neighborhood Initiatives Plan and Operational Efficiency.
It has four strategic priorities:
- 1 Create resources and contain costs through effective, collaborative and innovative approaches
- 2 Recruit, retain, develop and manage a highly talented, diverse workforce
- 3 Enhance the quality of services and experiences for the Penn community including students, alumni/donors, faculty, and administration and nearby neighbors
- 4 Plan and implement multi-year initiatives designed to achieve transformational changes
