The office of the Executive Vice President (EVP) supports the academic and programmatic goals of the University by providing operational, financial, entrepreneurial, and environmental services to enhance the well being and success of faculty, students, staff and local community.
The Executive Vice President serves as Penn's chief financial and administrative officer, reporting directly to President Gutmann, and working with the Provost to further develop and implement Penn’s strategic plans and policies. The EVP offices integrate the management of key administrative areas such as: budget, business services, facilities services, finance, human resources, investments, information systems, real estate development and planning, and public safety.
